Hot Stamped Product:

Our lead times are normally less than 10 working days (for hot-stamped items) so (under normal circumstances) we do not charge for Rush Service. Our policy is to schedule the production of orders as they are received (first come / first served). We will not "bump" someone in our production schedule to accommodate your order - just as you would not want us to "bump" your order to accommodate someone else.

However, if we cannot meet your delivery requirements (because of our production commitments), frequently we are able to expand our production via "Over-Time" scheduling. If we need to pursue this option,  you will be notified of  "Over-Time" charges, at which time you can determine if your customer wants to pay the additional (Rush) charges.

You also have the option to authorize expedited freight. UPS, FED-EX, USPS, and most truck lines, offer expedited freight options. Our shipping department will be happy to provide you costs for various options.

Our goal is to try and meet your delivery deadline without you incurring any "Rush Charges". Please keep in mind that we cannot control the inflow of business and that our lead time does fluctuate.

Flexo Printed or Silk Screened Product:

Lead times will vary significantly thoughout the year for these items, and depending on your needs, rush service may be required to meet your delivery requirements. Rush charges will vary dpending on the time of the year, the size of the order, and the production schedule. We encourage you to contact us for a lead time estimate.
